Sharjeel Imam and Umar Khalid, accused in the 2020 Delhi Riots case, were recently denied bail by the Delhi High Court. The biggest reason for the “delay in trial” are accused themselves. Liberal media and the Left lobby often hide how they deliberately delayed multiple hearings. The delay was caused by Kapil Sibal on one hand, and other accused out on bail on the other.
